Auburn Towncenter

Located in the heart of downtown Auburn, Johansen Construction Company has the pleasure to work for Compass General Construction to deliver the civil scope of this mixed-use building. The building is being constructed over the old river alignment which has proven difficult for the installation of the intermediate foundations because of the old trees buried 7 to 18 feet below the existing surface. The City of Auburn has highlighted this project as they continue to grow their downtown corridor just two blocks from city hall.
